They have all gone!! At the moment the property market in Bulgaria is quite dynamic. Properties are sold every day, some of the owners are advertising their property with more than one agency, so it can happen that you will see a property on a website and then find out it has been sold. Some properties don't even 'make it' to the website, as there is already a client waiting for this particular type of property or area.
What does it cost? We don't charge for viewings up to 100 km from Varna, and most properties are located within this distance. To view properties located outside the 100 km radius from Varna, the charge is to cover the fuel costs.
Time wasting!! We don't believe in taking you out in a vehicle straight away and driving you around the villages in the hope that you will buy one of our properties. We try and find out as much as possible about what you are looking for, select the best properties for you, discuss them with you and then take you out for a viewing.

I am going to be away home while all this happens!! There are only two ways of doing something - either do it yourself, or empower somebody else to do it for you. Most of our clients are away throughout the whole process. Provided you leave someone with a power of attorney, you can relax and let them represent you.
AFTER SALES SERVICES
Look after the security of your home while you are away.
If you are buying a holiday home, you needn’t worry about it while you are not there. We will make sure it is safe and secure and perform thorough twice weekly checks, or put you in touch with a Bulgarian security company to fit alarms and monitor intrusions from a control centre.
3. Renovate and furnish it for you.
Some homes need small or big renovation after you buy them. We have a team of efficient and skilled workmen to tackle any task. Nothing is impossible so ask for a quote.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Rent your property out for you.
It always helps to have some holiday money waiting for you when you come. We will arrange short and long term lets for your property while you are not using it.
It is sometimes difficult to adjust to a life in a new country. We want to save you the hassle and disappointment. Ask us about anything, we will be happy to help.
