Great Ormond Street Hospital Children''s Charity has teamed up with property developer MIA Developments to give away a block of apartments in central London worth more than £8 million.
The prize draw, which people can enter at winalondonpad.com by buying a £60 MP4 player complete with full warranty, is limited to 200,000 entrants and the winner will receive 11 serviced apartments in Myrdle Street, E1.
York House contains two one-bedroom and nine two-bedroom apartments, with Italian designer kitchens, hard wood floors, remote control lighting, jacuzzi baths and en-suite to master bedrooms.
The website claims the draw is "a joint innovative approach to fundraising during hard times".
Meanwhile, property owner Cliff Rawlinson is selling 45,000 £50 tickets for the chance to win four luxury apartments in south Devon.
"These are four stunning properties in an amazing location. But the current state of the property market has seriously hampered saleability," Mr Rawlinson said.
